So I decided to make my own.
I devised a plan to create a notebook with three separate sections.
I. Blog Schedule.
II. Blog Post Ideas.
III. Printable Table of Contents for past blogs (so I don't ever lose my resources)
My mom bought a machine called a "Cinch" a while back and I finally had an opportunity to use it with this project. I absolutely loved it and even though I had a few kinks to work out the first time, I believe I will use it for MANY MORE projects in the future!
So here's how I did it.
First, I decided what forms I would need and designed them in Pages (the Mac word-processing program I use). I added a cutesy design at the top and fun font (from www.kevinandamanda.com). I created three forms: Blogging Ideas & Inspiration, Blog Schedule, & Printable Table of Contents.
I printed enough pages to last me through July.
After that, I'll reprint for the school year.
Next, I collected my supplies, which included chipboard covers from the Cinch company, Cinch wire binding, and scrapbooking paper and supplies to decorate my cover. I also found some cardboard pieces that had been used in the back of a cardstock package to use as dividers in my notebook.
Here's all my supplies & the Cinch machine...ready to get started.
It did take some trial & error (and a few YouTube videos) along with two extra bindings when I messed up the first two times, but finally...I figured out how to bind the book.
And here's the finished product!!!
This is what the inside looks like!
I've moved to using Google Calendar as my full-time planner, but if I were to go back to paper, I think designing my own planner would HAVE to be the way I went. Especially since I love my bound notebook so much!
