I heart Hobby Lobby.

I am a bargain shopper. There are items that are well-worth the amount shown on a price tag and I just cannot bring myself to purchase those items if they are above $5-10.

 I am cheap.

Which is why I love, love, loooooooovvvvvvvve Hobby Lobby.

On any given day, there is a 66% off aisle at Hobby Lobby. Seasonal items are always on sale. And on some days (like yesterday), scrapbooking supplies are 50% off.

Hobby Lobby makes my heart happy. Yesterday was no different.

I perused the entire store, picking up a few personal and classroom items along the way. I could tell it was going to be a productive shopping trip.

I was actually searching that day for some baskets that I could use to organize my lesson plans, necessary supplies & resources, and copies for each day of the week...similar to the system you see here, found over at First Grade Brain.

And then...I spotted an endcap FILLED with brightly-colored organizational baskets. And scattered within the wonderful neon basket-land, were these fun little guys...

Okay, not those baskets EXACTLY.  But that's an image from the Dollar Tree that was kind of similar.  The ones I bought actually didn't have handles.  And they look like they're a little more "heavy-duty" than these.  And they were all blue.  But otherwise...like these.

I'll be sure to post pics whenever I get to using them in the classroom!
